Warehouse Pickup (Gaythorne, QLD) - Free

  • Place an order online and select Warehouse Pickup at the Checkout. 
  • We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. 
  • Orders are usually ready in 2 - 3 business days.  Please reach out if required sooner and we will do our best to accommodate. 
  • Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and provide adequate strapping to secure your load. 

 

Courier shipping (not available on large orders) - $Variable 

  • Where possible, we will send smaller packages such as accessories, posts, and gates via our dedicated courier.  This is the most cost effective delivery option but can only be used for smaller packages. 
  • Courier fees are variable based on the products ordered and if available, pricing will be displayed at the Checkout only. 
  • Shipping time is variable based on location but usually ranges from 2 to 7 days. 

 

Local Delivery (within 130kms of Brisbane) - $150 to $250 

  • If you’re located within 130kms of Brisbane we’ll hand deliver your order on one of our trucks. 
  • Subject to stock availability, most orders are delivered within 7 days. 
  • The fee is variable based on location but ranges from $150 - $250. 
  • We will reach out after receiving your order to confirm a delivery date.
  • Someone must be at the delivery site to assist the driver with unloading, otherwise the order may be returned to our warehouse.  Additional fees will apply to have the order re-delivered. 

 

Freight to Door - Residential and Commercial 

  • Enter your delivery address at the checkout to see delivery options.

  • Delivery cost and time will vary depending on order size and location. 

  • You will be contacted by the freight company on the delivery day.  Please ensure you are onsite on the delivery day and have someone on site who is physically able to assist with hand unloading the items from the truck.

  • With this freight. method it is difficult to guarantee delivery days or turnaround times.  If low cost and fast turnaround is important to you, we suggest doing a depot collection. 

 

Depot Collection - $Variable 

  • Enter your postcode at the checkout to see Depot Collection points across QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, SA and WA.  For deliveries to TAS & NT, please contact us for a freight quote.
  • Most orders will be available to collect from the relevant Depot within 7 business days. 
  • You will be notified by the Depot once the order is ready to collect.  All orders must be collected from the Depot as soon as possible to avoid incurring additional holding fees. 
  • Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and provide adequate strapping to secure your load.
