Sale Terms & Conditions

The Black Friday Sale applies to orders between 10am, 19 November and 9pm, 5 December 2025. The offer cannot be claimed on orders placed before or after this period.
Orders placed before this window cannot be returned or exchanged under Future Fence's return policy or 30 day money back guarantee and repurchased at lower prices. Future Fence reserves the right to reject returns or orders where it reasonably suspects they are made for the purpose price exploitation.

Warehouse Pickups: all 'in stock' warehouse pickups must be collected within 7 days of notification or storage fees may apply in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions. We do not have additional warehouse space to store orders.
Local Deliveries: The Customer or representative must be on-site during the agreed delivery day to assist with unloading. If no one is present, the order may be returned to the warehouse and re-delivery fees will apply. Due to high volumes there may be dispatch delays during the sale period.
Freight to Door: Orders delivered via third-party freight providers are subject to their delivery schedules and terms. Customers must be present to receive and assist with unloading. Orders are shipped on pallets, which must be disposed of by the Customer. Once collected by the freight carrier, all risk transfers to the Customer. Due to high volumes in peak season there may be dispatch delays during the sale period.

No discount stacking is permitted during the Black Friday sale (including for trade accounts).
