Future Fence EOFY Sale 2026

Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Sale

  1. The Future Fence EOFY Sale 2026 (the "Sale") runs from 10am on Wednesday 17 June to 10pm on 30 June 2026 AEST (the "Sale Period").
  2. ‘Up to 20% off’ discounts: Discounts will automatically be applied to products on the website. No discount codes are required.
  3. No stacking: Discounts apply to the listed product price at the time of purchase. They cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, trade account discounts, or offers of any kind unless explicitly stated.
  4. No returns to exploit sale pricing: Orders placed before the Sale Period cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged and then repurchased at a lower sale price. Future Fence reserves the right to reject any return or cancellation where it reasonably suspects the purpose is to take advantage of sale pricing. This restriction applies to all customers.
  5. Dispatch delays: Due to high order volumes during the Sale Period, dispatch times may be longer than usual. Future Fence will not be liable for delays caused by increased sale demand.
  6. Future Fence reserves the right to modify or withdraw discount tiers during the Sale Period at its discretion, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on the website.

 

2. Win Back Your Order Promotion

  1. Overview: As part of the Sale, Future Fence will refund two (2) customer orders selected at random. The refund for each winning order will be the lesser of the order value or $6,000 (inc GST)

  2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Promotion, entrants must

    (a) be over the age of 18;

    (b) be an Australian resident;

    (c) accept these Terms and Conditions; and

    (d) place an order during the Sale Period.

  3. Eligible entrant: Eligibility is determined solely by the purchaser named on the order confirmation and is not affected by the payment method or the identity of the person making payment.

    Where an order is placed by a builder, contractor, fabricator or other intermediary on behalf of another person, Future Fence will deal exclusively with the purchaser identified on the order confirmation. Any dispute between the purchaser and a third party regarding entitlement to a Prize is a matter between those parties and will not affect Future Fence's obligations under these Terms.
  4. Multiple orders: Multiple eligible orders may be placed during the Sale Period. Each eligible order constitutes a separate entry. An entrant may only win one Prize. If an entrant is selected more than once, Future Fence reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The maximum refund payable in respect of any individual order is the lesser of the individual order value or $6,000 (inc GST).
  5. Random selection: Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Sale.

 

3. Winner Notification & Verification

  1. Winners will be notified by phone or email to the address associated with their account.
  2. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the notification date, or is found to be ineligible, Future Fence reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random draw.
  3. The draw results are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
  4. The winner details will be included on this page within 48 hours of the sale ending.

 

4. Prize Payment

  1. The Prize will be paid to the winner by way of a refund to the original payment method or by such other method as Future Fence determines in its absolute discretion, within ten (10) business days of winner confirmation and completion of any required verification.
  2. The Prize is subject to a maximum refund value of $6,000 inc GST regardless of the total order value.

 

5. Promotional Use

  1. By entering the Draw, participants consent to Future Fence using their first name, suburb or state, and a general description of their purchase (e.g. "white batten fence") for promotional purposes in connection with this Draw, including announcement of winners on the Future Fence website and social media channels.
  2. No other personal information will be published without the winner's separate written consent.

 

6. General

  1. Modification or cancellation: Future Fence reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sale or the Draw at any time if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failure, regulatory requirements, or fraud. Changes will be communicated via the Future Fence website.
  2. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
  3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  4. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Future Fence excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.
  5. Transfer: Entries and Prizes are not transferable. Future Fence is not responsible for disputes between builders, contractors, fabricators, end customers or other third parties regarding entitlement to a Prize.
  6. Fraud: Future Fence reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information or otherwise acts in a manner that Future Fence reasonably considers fraudulent or inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
